When indexing through Knowledge Ontario , sometimes while trying to enter a record the site begins to lag/turns up error screen etc. We have found out today that every time you press enter or click on the 'save and display' button a record has been inputted. Therefore there are multiple duplicates of our index records. In the future everybody should check the records after one of these 'lags' occurs to make sure your record hasn't already been uploaded.
