On March 17 1965 a second issue was published titled the "1965 Industrial and Commercial Review and Forecast". It was never given an issue number and the issue numbering continues as if it does not exist. It is clearly not a supplemental section of the numbered issue.
For our purposes we decided to name it the same as the regular issue published that day and add a letter to distinguish it.

I had the same section for 1963_06_26_026, and it was dated as the same date of the previous issue. I labeled the main section as A01, and the additional section as B01.
